Publisher, venue and list
Our publisher, Caesars Baltimore Management Company, LLC, runs a casino venue in Baltimore that offers not a single guest room; with nowhere to sleep, it has no claim on a list of casino hotels and stays off this one. All ten listings are editorial picks, the publisher holds the deed to none of these ten hotels, and the pair connected to its parent group are labelled as such. Also, the publisher also earns its living in this same stretch of the Mid-Atlantic, so it is not a neutral bystander here; and referral commission is what keeps the lights on at playnfors (see the affiliate disclosure).
Other people's sites
playnfors answers for none of the hotels, reservation platforms or outside websites it points to, nor for their room rates, resort or amenity fees, card holds, cancellation rules or availability, all of which can change without warning. Whoever accepts your reservation, hotel or platform, is your contracting party, not playnfors.
Intellectual property
The writing, page design, screw-pile lighthouse mark and monogram plates are the publisher's property. Hotel names belong to their owners as trademarks and are used here purely to identify each property; playnfors drew every monogram plate itself, and none copies a hotel logo.
What this site covers
The scope statement of playnfors: Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling. Playnfors entries keep to that boundary.
Liability
Where the law lets it, playnfors disclaims responsibility for loss that follows from trusting its pages or from outages. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded stay fully in force.
Governing law
Maryland state law governs these terms, together with federal law of the United States where it applies. Disputes go before Maryland courts, unless protective consumer rules where you live entitle you to a local court instead.
